What kind of Products do groccy sell?

Groccy is exclusively for exotic vegetables and fruits of premium quality and grocery of your daily kitchen need. So, No! We don’t sell anything and everything for now. You can choose from over selective 5000 products and 1000 brands spread across selected categories such as grocery, fruits & vegetables.


What cities Groccy Operates In?

Groccy currently operates in Gurugram. Just a little wait, we are coming soon to all cities...


How can I check if Groccy services are available for my location or not?

We deliver in select localities across Gurugram. You can select your pin code to check if we deliver in your area, if not, you can write and list your locality with us support@groccy.com


What is your minimum order value?

The minimum order value with Groccy is Rs. 399/-. Only!


Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

Never! We do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, delivery fees will be applicable as per the order value.


How can I find a Product?

It’s very easy to find any product. Logon to the website, there is a search bar at the top of the website, you can enter the name of the product and it will reflect, if available. Also we have categorized the products to make it easy for the customers to shop.

Are there any charges for registration?

Nope. You can register on Groccy.com for free.

How can I create an account with Groccy?

It’s very easy to create an account with Groccy. You can sign up from the website home page or mobile app. Go to www.groccy.com or mobile app and click on Login option.

Can I use Groccy services as a guest user?

It is mandatory to create an account in order to place the order on Groccy.com

Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes, You can create multiple accounts but with different Email ids.

How can I reset the password?

Forget your password? No worries, you can reset the password from mobile application or website. Just follow the steps below:

  • Click on Login option
  • Select ‘Forget Password’
  • Enter your register email id/mobile no.
  • A new password will be sent through Email or SMS

How can I Add the Address?

While creating an account on Groccy.com, you will get an option to add your address. Before confirming the order also, you will get the option to edit or add a new address.

How can I change the Address?

Want your orders to be delivered to a new address? Follow the steps below:

  • Simply login to your account
  • Go to the ‘My Groccy Account’
  • Select My Profile
  • Click on Manage Addresses, There you can Edit/Delete/Add a new address.

How Can I delete my account?

You can only make changes to your account, but once created an account can’t be deleted.

How can I change my Order?

How can I cancel my Order?

In case you have changed your mind, you can cancel the order in “My Orders” in your account within 15 minutes of placing the order.

How will I get the confirmation of my order?

You will receive SMS and email confirmation.

How can I track my Order?

Know the whereabouts of your order. You can track your order in “My Orders” section.

How can I get the bill?

We support paperless billing that’s why you will get your bill on your registered email id.

How to give a feedback for my Order?

You may go to Communicate and provide feedback.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of products?

You may provide feedback with the picture on our whatsapp number i.e. 9873040700 or email us at support@gmail.com

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

Our Groccy customer expert will call you to provide a substitute or replace the item.

How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

Be assured of that. Groccy is about farm fresh premium quality.

What if I receive the wrong products or if any product is missing?

We have a good quality check and packaging system, we make sure that you receive what you have ordered, and In case of such error we will refund/replace the product. You may send us the details within two hours of delivery on whatsapp. Remember it’s “Fresh or free” for perishable items.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team at 1800-200-4243 for any modification of order.

Delivery Related Queries

What are your delivery times?

We deliver between 8.00 am to 10 pm.

What are the Standard Delivery charges?

The minimum order value is Rs. 399/- If you are not the Groccy exclusive Package you will be charged Rs. 30 as delivery fee per order up to the value of Rs. 1000/-. Orders above Rs. 1000/- will not have any delivery fee.

Do you deliver at Office Address? Are there any extra charges for that?

Yes of course, we can, if it is enlisted in our delivery area and there are no additional charges for Office Address Delivery.

What if there is no one to receive the Order?

You can always live track your orders. Our delivery executive will make two attempts on same address.

What if I’m wrongly charged for delivery?

Just send us the email along with order number and we will refund the amount in your wallet, if eligible.

How can I change the delivery time?

Call our Groccy customer expert or whatsapp the order number.

Should I tip to the Delivery Guy?

You don’t have to pay anything extra other than your order value.

Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?

Currently we are serving to Gurugram but in future, Sure.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes you may.

How much do I need to pay if I want my order to be delivered fast?

You don’t have to pay anything extra other than your payable amount; we already have the shortest delivery time for our Groccy exclusive subscribers.

Will I get 90 minutes delivery service with the package?

Yes, Enjoy all the perks.

What if my delivery is not on time?

You may always track your order and we make sure to deliver the order on time however in incidents beyond our control we inform you.

Cancellation, Refunds and Payment

What will happen if my payment got deducted but Order was not confirmed?

You will get the refund as per Payment gateway policy.

Is there any cancellation fees?

NO, there are no cancellation fees for now.

If I don’t want to keep any product, can I return that? If yes, then what will be the procedure?

Yes, for non perishable items only. You may return the product within 10 days. You need to email/call/whatsapp us our delivery executive will be at your doorstep. Nothing will be charged for it.

In how much time my refund will be processed?

It will be processed as per the payment gateway policy/bank policy excluding the holidays.

Can I take the refund in my Groccy Wallet?

Your amount shall be refunded to Groccy Wallet only.

What are the various modes of payment?

Cash on delivery/Pay on Delivery/Netbanking/Wallets/Credit card/Debit Card.

Can I change the Mode of Payment for my Order?

You may change on cash on delivery/pay on delivery option.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Groccy?

What are the Groccy packages?

Groccy offers 2 Exclusives packages for customers i.e. Groccy Economy Package worth Rs.3000 and Groccy Premium Package worth Rs.6000.

How does Packages, coupons and 100% cashback work?

Groccy Exclusive Economy Package

Rs. 3,000 = Rs. 6,000.

(a) The customer gets Rs. 3000/- in his/her online wallet plus Rs. 1500/- in the form of VEG Coupons & Rs. 1500/- in the form of GRO Coupons.

(I) VEG coupons:

4 Coupons of Rs. 100/- (Prefixed with VEG): VEG100A, VEG100B, VEG100C, VEG100D

3 Coupons of Rs. 200/- (Prefixed with VEG): VEG200A, VEG200B, VEG200C.

2 Coupons of Rs. 250/- (Prefixed with VEG): VEG250A, VEG250B.

(II) GRO Coupons:-

3 Coupons of Rs. 500/- (Prefixed with GRO): GRO500JAN, GRO500FEB, GRO500MAR.

Respectively as per the month of purchase.

(a) Every GRO coupon has a validity – the customer can redeem 1 coupon (maximum upto Rs. 500/-) within 30 days from the date of issue, unless it will expire. The start date and the end date will be calculated and stored. The GRO Coupons are not valid on Patanjali & Pet Care categories.

Coupon 1 (GRO500APR) – From 10th April to 09th May

Coupon 2 (GRO500MAY) – From 10th May to 09th June

Coupon 3 (GRO500JUN) – From 10th June to 09th July

One cannot use multiple GRO coupons in the same bill Only one coupon could be used in 1 month.

For a bill of Rs. 2000/- a GRO Coupon of Rs. 500/- could be used –This could only be used if one is buying Products from Grocery Category worth Rs. 2000/-

(b) The VEG Coupons will be valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. They can be used anytime within the stipulated time frame. One can use multiple coupons in the same bill. The coupon will be used upto 50% of the bill value (not less). For eg. For a bill of Rs. 200/- a VEG Coupons of Rs. 100/- could be used – but if you try using a VEG Coupon of Rs. 250/- it will not allow you to do so. This could only be used if one is buying Products from Fruits or Vegetables Category.

(c) A user can use all the 3 (Wallet, VEG Coupon and GRO Coupon) in the same bill.

(d) In a single bill if items are selected from different categories, Coupons will be applied as per the category only (not as per the total bill) – meaning VEG Coupon will be applied only for items in Vegetables or Fruit Category and GRO Coupon will be applied only for items in Grocery, Confectionery, Instant Food, Herbal & Ayurveda, Beverages, Household, Baby & Kids, Poultry, Meat & Sea Food, Beauty & Personal Care, Health Supplements, , Imported & Gourmet and Organic. The GRO Coupons are not valid on Patanjali & Pet Care categories.

(e)90 minutes delivery is not applicable on Patanjali and Pet Care Categories.

Groccy Exclusive Premium Package

Rs. 6000 = Rs. 12000

(a) The customer gets Rs. 6000/- in his/her online wallet plus Rs. 3000/- in the form of VEG Coupons &Rs. 3000/- in the form of GRO Coupons.

(I) VEG coupons:

8 Coupons of Rs. 100/- (Prefixed with VEG)

VEG100A, VEG100B, VEG100C, VEG100D, VEG100E, VEG100F, VEG100G, VEG100E.

6 Coupons of Rs. 200/- (Prefixed with VEG)

VEG200A, VEG200B, VEG200C, VEG200D, VEG200E, VEG200F.

4 Coupons of Rs. 250/- (Prefixed with VEG) VEG250A, VEG250B, VEG250C, VEG250D.

(II) GRO Coupons:

3 Coupons of Rs. 1000/- (Prefixed with GRO)

GRO1000JAN, GRO1000FEB, GRO1000MAR.

(b) The VEG Coupons will be valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. They can be used anytime within the stipulated time frame. One can use multiple coupons in the same bill. The coupon will be used upto 50% of the bill value (not less). For eg. For a bill of Rs. 200/- a VEG Coupons of Rs. 100/- could be used – but if you try using a VEG Coupon of Rs. 250/- it will not allow you to do so. This could only be used if one is buying Products from Fruits or Vegetables Category.

(c) A user can use all the 3 (Wallet, VEG Coupon and GRO Coupon) in the same bill.

(d) In a single bill if items are selected from different categories, Coupons will be applied as per the category only (not as per the total bill) – meaning VEG Coupon will be applied only for items in Vegetables or Fruit Category and GRO Coupon will be applied only for items in Grocery, Confectionery, Instant Food, Herbal & Ayurveda, Beverages, Household, Baby & Kids, Poultry, Meat & Sea Food, Beauty & Personal Care, Health Supplements, Imported & Gourmet and Organic. The GRO Coupons are not valid on Patanjali & Pet Care categories.

(e)90 minutes delivery is not applicable on Patanjali and Pet Care Categories.

Can I use the cashback for making payment on other sites or paying bills?

NO.

What will happen if I do not buy packages?

Not an issue, you may still shop at Groccy.

What is the validity of coupons and cash back?

Vegetable coupons (VEG100, VEG200, VEG250) are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase but Grocery coupons (GRO500 & GRO1000)are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

What if I will not use the Coupons in the respective month, will it be carry Forward?

No. Only wallet amount can be carried forward.

What if I’ll not order in the second or third month after buying a package?

Your 100% cash back coupons shall be lapsed but wallet amount will remain the same.

Will I get any notification before expiry?

Yes you will receive a call/email from Groccy Customer expert.

How will I get to know whether it works in my area?
